White Buffalo strives to deliver its products at the highest quality, in a standard and flawless condition, and is ready to address any issues that arise. All products carry a 6-month warranty. To use the warranty service, the following conditions must be met:
- Presenting the sales invoice;
- Presenting the product along with all original packaging;
- Confirmation by the store manager of a technical defect in the production process or a defect in the raw materials or components used in manufacturing;
- Physical damage caused intentionally or accidentally by the customer — including corrosion, cuts, impact, abrasion, burns, mold, stains, washing, or failure to follow product care instructions — will not be covered by the warranty.
